Shipping & Delivery
We only provide worldwide free shipping by regular mail.
Express mail (such as EMS, UPS or DHL), which will cost you express shipping fee, but  you can get your package earlier.

Note: If you put the item into your cart and you cannot choose regular 
mail, it means that the items, which you choose are overweight or oversize,
can only be delivered by Express mail. In this case, you need to pay for 
the express shipping fee.

Returns & Replacements

Our products, especially small electronics and accessories, are produced by  manufacturers all over the place. While we strive to provide you with quality merchandise 
at a competitive price, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered. 

In such cases, you may return the the item in 30 days after you have received it and you will be shipped a replacement after we have confirmed your information provided is valid.

Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of shipment. 

Note:upload a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product and we will 
give youa response within about 48 hours.

Choose USPS as your return shipping method, with shipping fee on us. If you choose 
other couriers,you can choose the cheapest shipping way.

Donot forget to upload Post Office receipt to RMA History associated with My Account so 
we can track your shipping.

Customer should be expected to pay for the returning shipping fee, if the fault is not 
caused by us.

  • 1.Apply for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)Your item needs a RMA (Return Merchandise

  • Authorization) before it is returned so we can identify it. You can request a RMA in My Order associated with My Account.

  • 2.Print a "Return Shipping Authorization" label once your RMA was approved, you can print a
    "Return Shipping Authorization" label with return address and other information. A "Return
    Shipping Authorization" label must be enclosed inside your package; you may want to keep
    a copy of "Return Shipping Authorization" label for your records.

  • 3.Return the item to us by regular mail with a tracking number, and we will pay the return 
    shipping fee if it is our responsibility. If you choose other shipping method, we will only cover 
    a shipping fee estimated by regular mail.Do not forget to upload Post Office receipt to RMA 
    History associated with My Account so we can track your shipping.

    4.If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once
    we have confirmed your return. You will receive standard email updates for the replacement 
    order.

    If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once we confirm your return. 
    You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method within 24 hours

  • Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by our manufacturer, unless otherwise indicated.

    If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, Please immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately.

  • Western Union or MoneyGram. We don't take this with the total amount less than $100 .Please note; total amount should be $100.00 or more.
